Free Shipping promotion is only for U.S domestic.(Excluding PR, HI, VI, AL, GU) All orders made after 1pm (business days) won't be guaranteed for same day ship out, please count extra day for estimated transit time. This Ground transit map is only for guidance, it does not guarantee the exact days. Please consider other shipping options for your special orders.

Bijouxusa is only responsible for packing and drop off at UPS/USPS facility or preferred. Bijouxusa is not responsible for its delivery. For delivery issues/claims customer has to file claims directly to UPS/USPS or preferred couriers and we are more than happy to assist. No pick up service via messanger service or any other third party. We only accept pick up by credit card holder with government issued I.D. Order could be held if billing and shipping information is different for its security until it's been verified.

Lost package - Signature your package for extra security

Bijouxusa does NOT take responsibility for any lost packages, customers have to file claims directly to UPS/USPS or preferred couriers.

Signature option is extra security for safe delivery, UPS/USPS or other couriers will leave the package unattended if no one is available at delivery hour. UPS/USPS or other couriers will make multiple delivery attempts or hold the package to be picked up if the package is signatured option selected.

Please consider signature option for your order.


Bijouxusa has right to terminate any membership it can be cancelled at any time with no explanation. Bijouxusa only honors affilated business membership. Those to be terminated membership will be notified prior to the date and Bijouxusa is NOT required to confirm with customer.


All orders will not be processed without acceptance of our policy. User signify acceptance of BijouxUSA policy. It is confirmation that user accept our policy and user shall not dispute any of our policy under any conditions. Please read them before processing any order.


By its nature of business, there are more than ten thousand items and there are ten thousands ways shortage would occur. Any shortage will NOT be replaced without customer confirmation. All shortage amount in dollar will be kept as store credit for future use. Bijouxusa shall not be held responsible for any loss of sales due shortages.

Store Credits

Store credit can not be transferred or cashed out. Remaining store credit will be returned by company check and it will be sent to billing address at termination of memebership

Any refunds or void payment requires 2 - 5 business days to appeal on statement.

Any orders may not be altered by adding/subtracting.

$50 is minimum order for adding onto existing order.

If you are choosing to pay with an external payment provider, Paypal, Prices shown on your external payment provider's bill might differ from prices shown in our site due to different exchange rates. All prices are in USD only in our sites.

Use of products

All items sold by Bijoux USA are only for adult unless it's stated in product descriptions.


Any damages to be reported within 48 hours of received time.

Customers are best to use email and message box in our website to report those claims.

Any return request items must be in original packaging as it left from our facility.

Returns request may require image of the item submitted.

Any returns MUST need admin's approval(RMA) and any returns without RMA will NOT be honored.

Return for exchange is limited.

Those unauthorized returned items will not be sent back unless postage is paid by customer.

Unauthorized returns will be discarded after 15 business days if sender does not claim(confirm to discard or agree to pay postage for send back those unauthorized returns).

Any cancelled order shipping is not subjected to any refunds and credits.
